Philippines based mobile manufacturer has launched its windows 8.1 smartphones and tablets. This is their first windows 8.1 phone named Alpha Luxe. Alpha Luxe, one of the company’s newest smartphones supports a 5-inch display and powered by Windows Phone 8.1 OS.
