I have tried Kik Messenger on Lumia 720 and Lumia 630 Dual SIM, It works smoothly on both Windows Phone. Settings up Kik is just a matter of time. Just Download Kik for windows phone and install it.
Once you setup, sign-up with by filling up your First Name, Last Name, username, email address, password and your phone number (Optional). Once you signed up confirm your email address to activate your account.
Signup process also ass you to scan your address book for existing users in your contact list. If any of kik user will found in your list, He/She will get notification about you joining Kik and can chat with you.
